regarding estimates

  • A free estimate based on work required for all instruments, with work commencing only once the quote is accepted.  

  • All Estimates are 'Plus Parts & GST’

  • Every endeavour is made to keep within these service/pricing guidelines.

  • You will be notified immediately the work required becomes outside the scope of the estimate, to discuss options. 

THINGS TO REMEMBER when it comes to our CHARGES

  • All repair work has a 3 month guarantee on work done.

  • There is a minimum charge of $55 (plus parts used).

  • Any estimate over $500 requires a 50% deposit.

  • Major dent work is by quote only

  • Prices do not include replacement of major parts.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All work must be paid in full before release of instrument.

NUT ALLERGIES

We use Sweet Almond Oil in the repair shop, please let us know if you have an allergy and we will do our best to accommodate you. However we cannot guarantee there will be no trace in the shop.

VEGAN OPTIONS

There are vegan options available now for pads on certain instruments, such as Clarinet and Saxophone. Please feel free to ask about options for your instrument.
